An engineer-construction attorney with several decades of high-level construction industry experience, is the lead senior CSG consultant. With over 40 years of an industry construction attorney, engineer, contracts manager and claims manager for a Lloyds of London insurance program. He holds credentials as a corporate trainer of negotiation (Harvard Project on Negotiation), arbitrator (AAA National Construction Panel), mediator and dispute review board.

After 12 years spent in finance as the Director of Operations and as a Client Service Manager, she took her skills in organization and multi-tasking and moved to CSG as the Program Manager for the live webinar training programs. She was elevated to Programs Director for all of our national and local programs. She was selected to take on the role of President, allowing more time for the construction experts time with clients.
